Curtis Holden

The Holden family is sad to announce the unexpected passing of Curt Holden of Phoenix, Arizona, on Saturday, November 26, 2022. He was 62 years old.

Curt loved his family, particularly his daughter Katie, above all else. In two of the most recent messages he sent to the family, he said that “I’m so blessed to have such a wonderful family”, and “I know God put me on earth to help others and bring comfort to them.” We will fondly remember his booming voice, larger-than-life personality, and huge heart.

Curt is survived by his daughter, Katie Holden Hill; son-in-law Jason Hill; stepmother Joan Holden; brothers Chuck Holden and Mark Wissinger; sisters Jody Johnson, Kathy Holden, Jenny Holden, and Sherry Pietch; long-term partner Belinda Morentin; and numerous family members and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents Jack and Norma Holden.

To honor Curt’s memory, we are holding a celebration of his life on Saturday December 3rd, from 1:00 to 4:00 PM at 6124 North 2nd Street in Phoenix. We invite anyone who knew Curt to attend and remember him. The family requests that donations be made through Venmo to @ holdenca79 (Charles Holden) and flowers may be sent to the same address as the service (6124 North 2nd Street).
