Here’s who bought multimilli­on-dollar homes in metro Phoenix

The priciest metro Phoenix houses to sell during the last week of November were in Scottsdale, Paradise Valley and Phoenix. Buyers and sellers include constructi­on and design firm executives and the head of a local restaurant group.

$14,200,000

Corbomite Palo Verde Investment­s LLC bought a new 7,875-square-foot mansion with five bedrooms and 6 1⁄2 bathrooms. The contempora­ry house near Sanctuary Camelback Mountain resort has a pool, spa and fountain. PV5532 LLC sold it.

$7,000,000

Walter Rasic Jr., the owner of W.A. Rasic Constructi­on, purchased a new 7,805-square-foot Paradise Valley house with five bedrooms and eight bathrooms. The home also has a casita, an exercise room, a game room, a glass-enclosed wine wall and bar, a resort-like pool with dual fire features and an outside ramada with a fireplace. Gross Pointe 28 LLC, led by developer and real estate agent Mitesh Patel, sold it.

$4,100,000

Ryker and Tina Young paid cash for an 8,204-squarefoot Scottsdale mansion with seven bedrooms and 11 bathrooms. Ryker is president of the Oklahoma-based furniture and design firm Custom Seating. The house with a stone façade has marble floors and columns. It also has a theater and billiards room. Giuseppe and Diane Cala were the sellers.

$3,900,000

Adam Furman paid cash for a new 6,553-square-foot modern farmhouse-style home with seven bedrooms and six bathrooms in Scottsdale. The house also has a casita, a pool, a raised hot tub and a sports court. Crystal Developmen­t LLC sold it.

$3,800,000

Clark and Patricia Crawford paid cash for a 7,554square-foot home on the Phoenix side of the Arcadia neighborho­od. The house with four bedrooms and 6 1⁄2 bathrooms also has multiple outdoor fountains, a bar and wine wall in the kitchen, a fireplace in the primary suite, a fireplace in front of a stand-alone bathtub, a workout room, a tennis court, a putting green and a circular brick driveway. Brian and Genna Roehrich sold it. Brian is the owner of the Dos Gringos Family of Restaurant­s. Robert Joffe of Launch Real Estate had the listing.
