The mansion located on a 1.6-acre lot has a primary suite with its own entrance, sitting room, three fireplaces and a washer and dryer. The house’s kitchen has a walk-in cooler, wall ovens and rows of grand columns and arches. The house has a 4,634square-foot sublevel garage as well as a four-car main-level garage. Developer Douglas Barkdull was the seller. Former NHL player Rick Tocchet, who is now the head coach of the Vancouver Canucks, owned the house before him. Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty agents Frank Aazami and Jean-Michel Edery had the listing.
