He took them fishing, camping, taught them to ski, ride a bike, build a fire, swim and a million other things. He even built them a two-story playhouse in the backyard. He coached Amanda’s club softball team, cheered Alex at her volleyball games, and welcomed their husbands, Jon and TJ, into his family with open arms. Lex also had a special place in his heart for his grandchildren who he loved sincerely. He will be so deeply missed by his wife, daughters, son-in-laws, grandchildren, sister, nieces and nephews and extended family.
