9,489-squarefoot Paradise Valley mansion sells for $7M
Buyers paid cash for all of the most expensive houses to sell in metro Phoenix during mid-February.

David Lieberman paid cash for a 9,489-square-foot Paradise Valley mansion with five bedrooms and 7 ⁄ bathrooms. The stone-façade house with front iron gates has marble floors, beamed ceilings, two kitchen islands and a lighted cobalt blue pool with a water feature. DLH Property Holdings of North Dakota sold it. Jessica Jablonski of Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty had the listing.

Stephanie Meadows of Minneapolis paid cash for a new home in north Scottsdale’s Desert Mountain community. The house wasn’t listed for sale, so no additional information was available. Mortensen Signature Homes of Arizona was the seller.

The Delaware LLC Eretz Ona paid cash for a new 6,400-square-foot house near Pinnacle Peak in Scottsdale. The home with four bedrooms and seven bathrooms was designed by Swaback Architects and also has a game room and office. SWD Happy Valley LLC sold the house.

Chris and Carla Nute paid cash for a 6,290-square-foot Paradise Valley house. Chris is chief financial officer of Underground Safety Equipment. The house comes with four bedrooms, five bathrooms, a copper roof, two copper fireplaces, a lighted footbridge and a lap pool with an automatic cover. David and Mary Jo Christensen were the sellers.

The Kirkland, Washington, LLC Makena 10 paid cash for a 5,435-square-foot Paradise Valley property. The Santa Barbara-style house has an elevator, theater, stacking doors, Italian marble tile, zinc oven hood and game room. Carol Brown sold it.
