SCOTTSDALE – Denis Edgar Denomme passed away on March 02, 2023, in Scottsdale, Arizona, at the age of 83 and is reunited with his Beloved wife Monica (2016). Denis was born on March 11, 1939, in Windsor Ontario, the youngest of five children. He met the love of his life, Monica Elliott when he was 18 years old, and they built a life-long friendship and love. Denis rose quickly at Dominion Stores, before being offered a management position with a new start up, The Pop Shoppe. Ownership possibilit­ies soon presented themselves and his life as an entreprene­ur began. Denis and Monica built several businesses in Alberta, Saskatchew­an and Ontario. Denis became an inspiratio­n and mentor to many, demonstrat­ing first-hand how to have success in both business and family. He was guided by his principles, and a handshake from Denis was known to be more binding than the best of contracts. Denis and Monica settled in Scottsdale AZ where they created tremendous friendship­s and shared many good times. Denis was a regular member of the Early Morning Clubhouse Coffee Club and the Friday Morning Breakfast Crew where they would solve the world’s ills at least once per week. He was known for his sense of humor, his booming laugh and for being someone everyone could count on. Survived by his children David Denomme, Thomas Denomme, Sandra Naccarato and Linda Denomme; his grandchild­ren Jessica, Louis, Denis, Scott, Alexander, Luke, Nicholas and Mackenzie; his great-grandchild­ren Teagan, Aidan, Jade and Levi; and his dear friend Annette Dupuis. Denis is predecease­d by his wife Monica, his parents Leopold and Marguerite, his brothers Raymond, Wilfred and Paul, and his sister Eileen. Visitation will be held at Messinger Indian School Mortuary, 7601 E. Indian School Rd, Scottsdale, AZ, on Wednesday March 08, 2023 from 12-2pm.
