$21M Paradise Valley estate among top home sales
A $21 million Paradise Valley mansion with a large gym, sports court and built-in trampolines, and a $3.9 million Fort McDowell compound located on almost 22 acres were among the priciest metro Phoenix houses to sell during the third week of July.

Delaware LLC Desert Canyon Estates paid cash for a 16,656-square-foot Paradise Valley estate with six bedrooms and 11 bathrooms. The property on a 2.24-acre lot has an outdoor living room and kitchen, a custom woodpaneled office, a theater, a primary suite with a serenity room and two bathrooms, a large gym, a sports court and two inset trampolines. The Delaware LLC Jorva Partners sold it.

Kelly and Paul Hedges of PDH Construction bought a new 7,480-square-foot Paradise Valley house. The home with five bedrooms and 51⁄2 bathrooms has limestone fireplaces, quartzite countertops, two dishwashers, a wet bar, a wine room, an outdoor kitchen, a pool house and a lighted pickleball court. Oklahoma dentist James Baker sold it. The house was listed by Christopher Karas of Launch Powered By Compass.

Timur Iskandarov paid cash for a 6,036square-foot Paradise Valley home with five bedrooms and six bathrooms. The home has been remodeled and has a butcher block kitchen island, a sports court and a cabana next to the pool. Attorney Paul Tuft sold it.

Dan and Beverly Kauffman were the sellers.
