Earthly angels are born into this world to become mothers of special children. Linda was one of these special angels. She was blessed with boundless love, devotion, energy, patience and thankfulness for her son, Jeffrey. Linda was an unrelenting advocate for Jeffrey in every facet of his life. She was gifted with an empowering spirit which manifested itself in a selfless dedication to her family.

Linda always had a positive outlook and a joyful countenance no matter what struggles became present in her life. You could never extinguish her joy for life and family. She had an infectious laugh and a darling giggle that reminded you of her mother’s. Her faithfulness to Jeffrey and her husband, Bob, was complete and never wavered even as her own health declined toward the end of her life.

Although she has passed through this life, her spirit lives on in our hearts and minds. Therefore, we can never be truly separated from one another, even unto death.

Linda is survived by her husband, Robert J. (Bob) Brill; son, Jeffrey Scott Brill; sister, Nancy Wallace Clawater (Bill); sister-in-law, Leslie Friedman; stepsisters, Nancy Sellingsloh Bertin; Betty Sellingsloh Clarke (John); and stepbrother, Bob Sellingsloh (Elise).

She is also survived by her nieces and nephews: Katie Clawater Walton (David); Morgan Clawater Berg (Graham); Allie Clawater Boyles (Daniel); Sam Friedman (Erica) and Jacob Friedman.

The family is forever grateful for Dr. Christopher M. DeGiorgio, MD FAAN and Lucia Bogojel who lovingly cared for Linda during her later years.
