An executive from fast-food chain McDonald’s and doctors were among the buyers and sellers of metro Phoenix’s priciest home sales during the third week of September. A Gilbert home made the list.

A Delaware LLC called 6101 AZ Wyoming paid cash for a 6,321-square-foot Paradise Valley home with seven bathrooms. The house has five retractable glass walls, a butler’s pantry, a putting green with a sand trap and an outdoor kitchen. The Ahdoot Family Trust sold it.

Michael and Tara Pickett bought a 4,387-square-foot new home at the base of Camelback Mountain. The house with five bedrooms and 5 bathrooms has a primary suite with two closets as well as a spa steam shower and an outdoor kitchen with a bar. Solano Homes was the seller.

The Lapyx Trust, led by Al and Kimberly Silverberg, bought a 7,059-square-foot Paradise Valley house with five bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The Santa Barbara-style home has stone floors, granite fireplaces, automated glass sliders, a swanky wine cellar, a home gym, multiple offices and a waterfall soaking tub, as well as two closets in the primary suite. Dr. Andrei Damian was the seller. David Arustamian and Frank Aazami of Russ Lyon Sotheby's International Realty had the listing.
