Pamper yourself with these under-$40 treats. You don’t have to break the bank to enjoy these tasteful goods!

Eye spy: Applying eye shadow becomes much easier with the Jillian Dempsey for Avon Professional Perfect Eyes Kit ($9, avon.com). The pictogram shows where shades should go on your face to eliminate any guessing you would otherwise have to do on your own.

Tea service: Take entertaining to new heights with Cost Plus World Market’s tastefully tropical Rio Tea for Two set ($25, worldmarket.com). This tea service is perfectly sized for sharing. The stackable porcelain pot holds three steaming cupfuls that are easy to set up and pack away.

Perfect paring: Hampton Forge’s stainless-steel Printed Paring Knives trio ($8 for three; Walmart, Target) aren’t just sharplooking — they also have a patterned coating that resists corrosion.

Ciao down: In the luscious “Tuscan Sun Cookbook” ($30, bookstores), Frances Mayes shares rustic recipes, such as slow-simmered ragu and balsamic-drizzled pizza, from her best-selling memoirs.

Eye-bobs: The sanity-saving cleverness and high-wattage hue of Eyebobs’ Where O Wear eyeglasses case ($20, eyebobs.com) is attached to a stretchy elastic strap. The strap’s hardwearing, easily snaps shut and the holder securely loops onto everything from books to ipads to car visors, so wayward spectacles are easy to track down.

Pitching in: The 10- inch-tall Lasting Impression Whitewashed Pitcher ($25, Target) can tackle big bouquets or brunch beverages and leave you feeling like the perfect party hostess.

Sand bag: If you’re headed to the shore — or just want to make Saturday errands feel like a day at the beach — grab this roomy Ikat Handbag from Rosanna Inc. (rosannainc.com; use coupon code GHK12 for a $40 price — a 10 percent discount just for GH readers). Its vibrant look adds a nice splash of color to any outfit.

Sow cute: The bold blooms on this metal hand cultivator, pruner and trowel in Target Home’s Tool Set in Floral ($20 for set, Target) are a vibrant visual incentive to get out and garden.

Jam session: Valerie Confections’ Strawberry Vanilla Bean preserves taste delicious and make for a great gift ($10 for 8 ounces, valerieconfections.com).

Charge it!: To instantly give an ipod or iphone with a dead battery a few hours of life, just attach the Glam by Triple C Designs Power Mate Plus. Its bold fun colors and size make it easy to spot and bring everywhere ($35, cameronouveau.com).

Piece together: Shimmering shards of randomly spaced cerulean and green glass give this aqua Blue Mosaic Frame ($12, Pier 1 Imports) the look of a handmade treasure.

For richer, a pourer: Ikea’s stylishly sleek PS Vallo watering can holds a plant-quenching 41 ounces. Its lightweight material makes it easy to tote around the garden. Also, you can’t beat a watering can that only costs $1!
