Manufacturer announces expansion

-

One of the largest employers in Cherokee County is growing again.

The Cherokee County Office of Economic Development said Inalfa Roof Systems will add a 52,500 square-foot new building to create a corporate campus in the Cherokee 75 Corporate Park. Officials said it’s Inalfa’s second expansion in just under a year and should add about 50 new jobs.

Inalfa is one of the world’s largest providers of vehicle roof systems. The Netherlands-based company first announced plans to build a manufacturing plant in Cherokee County in 2013, bringing 300 initial jobs.
