State of the county address Thursday

Clayton County Chairman Jeffrey E. Turner will present the state of the county address at 7:45 a.m. Thursday at Clayton State University Student Activities Center, 2000 Clayton State Blvd., Morrow.

Turner will highlight accomplishments of the past year and talk about challenges that the county faces. Attendees will also get the inside scoop on investments being made to improve the future of the county.

The event is sponsored by SunTrust Bank and the Clayton County Office of Economic Development – Clayton County Film, Sports & Entertainment Office.
