Water meter installation to continue

Crews will install a large water meter at 785 Piedmont Avenue NE, resulting in a single right lane closure. Traffic control measures will be in place to guide motorists around the work zone. A large water meter installation will result in lane closures on Piedmont Avenue NE between 5th Street NE and 6th Street NE

The work will take place 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily through Friday. Motorists are urged to use caution and to avoid the area if possible.
