Q: I cannot find the English Laundry line of perfume. I looked at Macy’s and could not find it there. Where can I find this perfume? — Barbara Saunier, Marietta

A: The English Laundry brand, launched in 2010 by U.K. designer Christopher Wicks, offers clothing lines for men and women, as well as fragrances for both. At Dillard’s, 4500 Ashford Dunwoody Road, Atlanta, 678-320-9140, you’ll find English Laundry ($70-$90) in the pink box and No. 7 in the white and silver box, ($70-$90). Most Dillard’s and Nordstrom stores carry English Laundry fragrances.

Q: I’m really hoping you can help me find a soft cooler like the one I have used weekly for the past 15 years. It has served me so well. The brand name is Arctic Zone, and it measures approximately 22 inches wide, 13 inches deep and 14 inches high. Mine is red and black with a net pocket in the front and an easy access flap on top. I have looked everywhere no avail. I would be OK with another soft cooler of the same size, but just don’t see them anywhere. Thank you in advance for your time and trouble. — Kelly Carlin, email

A: Kelly, I have two options for you. Arctic Zone ($44.99) ultra 50-can table top cooler features a sturdy zippered lid designed with two shallow cup holders and an easy access flap. It’s red and black, and features an easy clean, leak proof, removable antimicrobial liner. This cooler folds flat for easy storage. While, as its name implies, it holds 50 cans, making it pretty roomy, the dimensions are slightly smaller than yours. This Arctic Zone cooler measures approximately 17 inches by 12 inches by 11 inches. It also has a side pocket and an adjustable padded shoulder strap. It’s available through www.amazon.com. The second option is the Coleman soft picnic tote ($59.99), designed with two compartments and two hatches on the zippered lid. Although it holds 36 cans, this tote is closer to the size of your favorite cooler and it features a front storage pocket. It’s available through www.dickssportinggoods.com, and is not sold in stores. However, if you’re interested in this cooler, you can go to your nearest Dick’s Sporting Goods and order it at the store, then you can have it shipped to your house without incurring any shipping fees. Note that you can’t order it on the phone and get free shipping.

Several readers have been looking, without success, for their favorite Neutrogena Clean Volume shampoo. Unfortunately for them, the powers that be at Neutrogena discontinued the Clean Volume line more than a year ago, and it hasn’t been replaced with a similar product. A few bottles are still floating around cyber market places, including Amazon and eBay. But, really, is the shampoo worth $139.99, not including shipping, for two 10-ounce bottles on Amazon? Believe it or not, that’s a bargain compared to a single 10-ounce bottle spotted on eBay for $99.99. If you want to register a complaint about the shampoo’s demise, you can join in with plenty of other disgruntled fans on the Neutrogena Facebook page. The company seems to encourage all comments, and is quick to respond. According to Neutrogena, comments are shared with its product development team.
