Some costs lower here

Metro Atlanta enjoys a reputation for affordable home prices (though some in pricey intown and Northside areas might disagree). We do pretty well on costs of ownership after the sale as well, according to real estate website Zillow. The firm compiled annual costs of insurance, property taxes and selected maintenance services in 15 metro areas. Here are the numbers:
