A: Alicia, Kraft still offers its apricot-flavored gelatin mix but you wouldn’t know it because it’s one of the more elusive flavors. However, if you go to your nearest Publix store, you can have the manager special order the item for you. To make it easier for you when you order, the item code for boxes of apricot flavored Jell-O is 7726.
Q: We have a Bose radio/cd player that I accidentally spilled water on. It stopped working. We have looked online and locally to find someone to repair it to no avail. Can you help? Thanks. Patti Davis, Duluth
A: Patti, I have a good starting point for you but, of course, no one will know if the radio can be repaired until someone can have a look inside. You can take your radio to Norman’s Electronics, 3653 Clairmont Road, Atlanta, 770-451-6673. The repair shop has been in business since 1955 and handles a variety of electronics from DVD players to flat-panel televisions.
Q: A few years ago, Smucker’s starting selling natural marmalade, raspberry and strawberry jams. These are made without high-fructose corn syrup and actually tasted better than the regular marmalade.
