The Easter Bunny has a busy schedule weekend. Along with an appearance in Thomaston, he’ll be heading to Kennesaw to bring the spirit of Easter fun to families. The city is hosting a breakfast that features Easter Bunny and a buffet of pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausage and more. The big bunny will hop from table to table to greet everyone, give out hugs and pose for pictures. Two time slots are available: 8 a.m. or 10 a.m. Advance purchase is required. Tickets are available online.

Java Cats Cafe in Grant Park

Atlanta’s first cat cafe, Java Cats Cafe, opened last week next to Tin Lizzy’s Cantina in Grant Park. In addition to operating an adoptable cat cafe fostering up to 20 cats in partnershi­p with PAWS Atlanta, owner Hadyn Hilton partnered with Ebrik Coffee on a coffee menu with cute cat names, such as the espurrso, the catpuccino and the meowchiatt­o. Little Star at Star Provisions

While the openings of the new locations of Star Provisions and Bacchanali­a on Ellsworth Industrial Boulevard have been delayed, the sandwich shop, now known as Little Star, remains open at the original Howell Mill Road location at the Westside Provisions District. Chefs Collaborat­ive Supper at the Farm

On April 23, the Atlanta chapter of the Chefs Collaborat­ive food nonprofit will host “Supper at the Farm” at Love is Love Farm in Decatur. The spring potluck will gather chefs and guests around the table for White Oak Pastures mutton, seasonal dishes prepared by chefs and purveyors and libations made with local spirits. Participat­ing chefs include Steven Satterfiel­d of Miller Union, Anne Quatrano of Bacchanali­a, and Ryan Smith of Staplehous­e.
