Third arrest made in fatal club shooting

Gwinnett police seek tips in October shootout in bar lot.

Gwinnett County police have arrested a third person in connection with a deadly October nightclub shooting.

Kyese Jahair Patrick, 21, of Norcross has been charged with aggravated assault in connection with the shootout that caused 19-year-old Domiquo Riley’s death, police said.

Police are also trying to identify a man and a woman they believe are involved in the case. The man appears to have facial hair, and the woman has long blond hair.

Christophe­r Parker, 42, a security guard at Midnight Blu Cafe, was the first person arrested in the shooting at the Norcross club, charged with murder, aggravated assault and possession of a firearm by a felon. Twentyyear-old Oshay Howard was later arrested on charges of aggravated assault, possession of a firearm by a felon and possession of a firearm during a felony.

The shootout erupted out- side the club around 1 a.m. on Oct. 1. Riley was struck in the chest and driven to a nearby gas station, where he died in the car. A woman was also shot in the leg, suffering a nonfatal injury.

Police recovered dozens of shell casings at the scene off Jimmy Carter Boulevard.
