Amara
The Inman Park spot’s weekend brunch buffet features a rotating slate of dishes including vegetable kebab with khajur ki chutney, butter chicken, saag paneer and dal makhani. Live chef stations include made-to-order egg dishes such as masala omelets as well as poached eggs, cholley bhature (spiced chickpea curry served with fluffy deep-fried bread and pickle) and poori bhaji (potato, cilantro and tomato curry with fried wheat bread).

Bar Mercado
The Krog Street Market spot offers a tapas-inspired brunch menu with items including torrijas, a brioche French toast garnished with orange blossom, caramelized bananas and honey Pedro Ximenez syrup; tostada de aguacate, or avocado toast topped with sobrassada sausage, scrambled eggs, shiitake mushrooms and endive; and huevos Benedict, as well as bottomless cocktails.

with tortilla chips sauteed in salsa roja topped with queso fresco, fried eggs and sour cream.

Milton’s Cuisine & Cocktails
The restaurant’s revamped brunch menu includes dishes such as tater tot waffles with sunny side eggs, fried chicken and sweet potato waffles and a bacon cheddar croissant French toast with jalapeño maple syrup, scrambled farm eggs, applewood bacon and jalapeño bacon or sausage.
