Atlanta Fed names new VP, assistant VP
Paige Wilcox has been promoted to vice president of Research information technology and support for the Research Division at the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, announced Raphael Bostic, president and chief executive officer of the Atlanta Fed in a press release. Bostic also announced that Kathryn Haney has been promoted to assistant vice president in the Supervision, Regulation, and Credit Division. The promotions are effective April 2.
Wilcox assumes responsibility for overseeing the Research Division’s IT function, implementing a strategic analysis of Research IT, and providing support for System research activities. She joined the Atlanta Fed in 1991 as a supervisor at the Atlanta Fed’s Jacksonville Branch, where she held a variety of leadership positions before transferring to the Atlanta office in 2010 as a director on the community and economic development team. In 2012, Wilcox became Research management director, and in 2014, she was promoted to assistant vice president.
Haney assumes responsibility for applications and enforcement and will oversee all financial institution applications processed in the Sixth District, as well as financial institution enforcement matters for the District. She joined the Atlanta Fed in 2011 as a director of examinations for applications and enforcement. Haney brought to the Atlanta Fed more than 25 years of supervisory experience from her work at the Office of Thrift Supervision and the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency.
