Alabama favored to win NCAA title again
The college football season is still five months away — and a national champion won’t be crowned for nearly 10 months — but it’s not too early to bet on which team you think will win the NCAA College Football Championship.
Bovada has updated its odds for each team to win the national championship on Jan. 7, 2019. Alabama leads the way at +210, while Georgia is second at +1000. Wisconsin (+2000), Miami (+3000) and Michigan State (+3500) round out the top five teams with the best odds.
LSU (+5000), Florida (+6000) and Texas A&M (+7500) rank fifth, sixth and seventh among teams with the best odds to win the national title.
It’s no surprise that Alabama and Georgia are the two teams with the best odds. The Crimson Tide beat the Bulldogs in the national championship game this past season, and both programs have bolstered their rosters with strong recent recruiting classes.
