Thieves use stolen truck in ATM heist
A van was found running in a Midtown neighborhood Wednesday hours after police suspect it was used to back through the front doors of a nearby CVS. Four men in a white van reportedly drove through the CVS at Ansley Mall on Piedmont Avenue about 4:30 a.m. Police said the men were trying to steal cash from the store’s ATM. Police are asking for anyone in Ansley Park who may have seen something Wednesday to contact Crime Stoppers.
