The Atlanta chef behind Gunshow and Revival is bringing a pop-up restaurant to downtown Atlanta.

Kevin Gillespie will open Ole Reliable next month at the Georgia Pacific Center at 133 Peachtree St. The pop-up will replace Aramark in the 52-story office tower and will operate as a take-away dining spot serving coffee from local roaster Docent, as well as tea and limited breakfast and lunch items.

“I’m really excited about setting up shop downtown and providing the hard-working folks at Georgia-Pacific Center with a morning pickme-up or a midday meal,” Gillespie said in a prepared statement. “This is our first foray into coffee which I love and have been obsessed with for years. It’s also fun to have a chance to serve our guests during the day, as currently we only serve dinner at our restaurants.”

Ole Reliable will be open to the public during breakfast and lunch hours.

“We are delighted to partner with a chef like Kevin Gillespie. The Ole Reliable pop-up is a taste of things to come as Georgia-Pacific Center embarks on an innovative asset strategy that will enhance the tenant experience at this Atlanta landmark building,” said Suzanne Maynard, asset manager of Georgia-Pacific Center and Georgia-Pacific LLC, in a prepared statement.

In addition to Gunshow in Glenwood Park and Revival in Decatur, Gillespie’s Red Beard Restaurants also owns and oversees barbecue pop-up Terminus City, Gamechanger at Mercedes-Benz Stadium, backyard bar Communion and the forthcoming Eastside Beltline venture Cold Beer.
