■ Goodwill of North Georgia has announced the appointment of four new members to its board of directors. Dr. DeRetta
Cole Rhodes, senior vice president and head of human resources for the Atlanta Braves, joins the board with extensive experience in cultivating organizations’ human capital. Ellen Stern brings 15 years of commercial real estate experience to Goodwill of North Georgia’s board. In her current role as senior vice president at CBRE Inc., Stern provides strategic real estate advisory services to various corporations. Dr. Eloisa
Klementich, president and chief executive officer of Invest Atlanta, also joins the board. Heather Ostis, vice president and head of global supply chain management at Delta Air Lines, is the fourth new board member.
■ Kelvin Smith is MODA Floors & Interiors’ new scheduling/warehouse coordinator.
■ The Board of Trustees of the Tull Charitable Foundation announced the appointment of Gabrielle
K. Sheely as executive director, effective Aug. 3.
■ Meredith Lackey succeeds Chris Cummisky at Georgia Power, transitioning to executive VP of external affairs and nuclear development, leading the company’s policies and activities in community and economic development, corporate communication, environmental affairs, governmental and regulatory affairs, regional external affairs, land management, pricing and planning and nuclear development.
■ Dan Feruck has been named president of Kennesaw-based Corporate Health Partners. In this newly created position, Feruck oversees operations, sales and administration.
■ American Virtual Cloud Technologies Inc. announced the addition of Kent Mathy to its board of directors, effective July 7, bringing the total number of directors to nine.
