A three-judge panel of the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Pasadena, California, reversed a lower court’s dismissal of the sexual harassment component of Judd’s lawsuit, which she filed in April 2018 against Weinstein.

4 California earthquake: A 4.2-magnitude earthquake and its aftershocks rolled through the Los Angeles area early Thursday, but there were no immediate reports of damage. The U.S. Geological Survey showed that the earthquake struck just over a mile north of Pacoima, a neighborhood in the San Fernando Valley.
