Where can I find it?

A: In some countries, barley water has been touted as having health benefits, and Robinsons launched its citrusy version in the 1930s to quench the thirst of tennis players at Wimbledon. Today, the drink includes water, sugar, lemon juice from concentrate and barley flour.

You’ll find 850ml bottles for $4.99 at Taste of Britain, 73 S. Peachtree St., Norcross, 770-242-8585. Robinsons Lemon Barley Water also is available for the same price at The Queen’s Pantry, 4235 Merchants Walk Drive, Marietta, 678-483-0900.

Q: I love Royal brand coconut bonbons. I believe that they are made in Georgia. These were a special treat, but I don’t think I’ve seen them around for years. I’ve tried other similar candies in the past, but they aren’t quite as good. Are these still being made? If they are, can I purchase them locally? Thank you. — R. Johns, Jonesboro

A: Royal coconut bonbons are still made by the Crown Candy Company, which got its start in the 1930s on Pryor Street in Atlanta and sold its candies to department stores and five-and-dimes.

The company moved its operations to Macon in 1971 and continues turning out coconut bonbons with creamy centers and colorful fondant shells. Crown Candy also produces a slew of other sweets, including cashew clusters, jellied fruit slices, peanut brittle, fudge and pecan divinity. I found 7-ounce boxes of Royal coconut bonbons for $3.99 at Cracker Barrel, 1458 Southlake Plaza Drive, Morrow, 770-961-4533.

Dear Miss Manners: Last week, I visited my brother and his wife. They have two boys, aged 10 and 13. They kindly bought everyone dinner — pizza and wings, nothing formal or fancy. Just a nice little family get-together with the kids.

My sister-in-law, instead of providing us all with paper napkins, gave everyone either a washcloth or a clean, but formerly
