Rent assistance by Community Assistance Center. CAC has helped Dunwoody and Sandy Springs neighbors in need since 1987. Emergency Assistance funds are running low and cannot provide for the wait list or the additional requests for assistance that continue to be received by CAC. Around 100 requests a week are received by CAC for rent assistance — about twice as many as were received before the COVID19 pandemic. CAC has given more than $2.5 million in rent assistance during the past 12 months. Donations: ourcac.org/donate-online
