Stars at BLUE JACKETS (late): Columbus tried to break its three-game slide on Saturday. In their last matchup on March 6, Dallas won 5-0. Roope Hintz recorded a team-high 2 points for the Stars.

Canadiens at FLAMES (late): Montreal visited Calgary after Josh Leivo scored two goals in the Flames’ 2-1 win against the Canadiens on Thursday. The teams met for the second game in a row.

Penguins at SABRES (late): Buffalo aimed to stop its nine-game skid on Saturday. In their last matchup Thursday, the Penguins won 5-2.

Islanders at DEVILS (late):New York headed into Saturday’s matchup against New Jersey as winners of seven in a row. The teams met for the second game in a row; the Islanders won 5-3 on Thursday.
