■ Ameris Bank Commercial Banking Executive Mike Scott has announced that Tony Licwinko has joined Ameris Bank as a commercial banker.
■ Quality Care for Children has announced that Angela Melton has joined the nonprofit as the vice president of early care and learning, and it is adding six new members to its board of directors: Jayson Hill, William Hudson, Scott Lyon, Ben Pivar, Alexandra Peurach and Unn Werner.
■ Prime Engineering has announced three additions to its team. In Prime’s transportation department, Dillon LeJeune joins as a junior architect; Sarah Shaufelberger as a project engineer; and Randall Brown as a senior architect.
■ Atlanta-based RoadSync just welcomed its first CFO to the team, Kevin Phillips.
■ Wholesome Wave Georgia welcomes Robin Walker as Georgia SNAP Connection program coordinator. Wholesome Wave Georgia’s vision is that all Georgians will have access to fresh, healthy, locally grown food choices.
■ Atlanta independent agency Blue Sky announced that veteran industry executive Annette Sally has been named executive vice president. Sally will be responsible for overseeing the agency’s client relations and new business development.
■ Ryan Companies US Inc., a national developer, builder, designer and property manager offering full-service commercial real estate solutions, announced the appointment of Cloteen Jasmin as Atlanta market leader.
■ Atlanta public relations agency Hope-Beckham Inc. announced the recent promotion of Wendy Hsiao to vice president.
