1 Storm shuts airport: Denver’s airport was closed for a second day after a powerful late winter snowstorm dumped over 3 feet of heavy, wet snow on parts of Colorado and Wyoming, shutting down roads, closing state legislatur­es in both states and interferin­g with COVID- 19 vaccinatio­ns. 4 Singing ban lifted: The Afghan government has reversed a ban by Kabul authoritie­s on schoolgirl­s older than 12 singing in public at offifficia­l ceremonies after a mounting backlash, including a social media campaign of videos uploaded by Afghan girls and women singing their favorite songs in protest.

5 Arrest in 6- year- old’s death: A 14- year- old boy has been arrested in the death of a 6- yearold northern Indiana girl whose body was found in a wooded area, authoritie­s said. Grace Ross was found dead Friday night in New Carlisle about two hours after she was reported missing, the St. Joseph County Metro Homicide Unit said. The cause of death has not been released.
