1 SOCCER: The United States men’s team will play a CONCACAF Nations League match against El Salvador at Exploria Stadium in Orlando, Florida, on March 24. The 13thranked Americans report to the Orlando area March 19-20, then play at No. 173 Grenada on March 24 before the game against 74th-ranked El Salvador.

2 SOCCER: The European Court on Wednesday ruled against a Barcelona fan group in France that demanded the European Commission should investigat­e whether Paris Saint-germain unfairly signed Lionel Messi and jeopardize­d Barcelona’s finances. The court in Luxembourg decided that the European Commission does not have to accept the group as an interested party and is not obligated to open an investigat­ion into its complaint of alleged unlawful state aid to PSG.

3 PRO BASEBALL: The St. Louis

Cardinals acquired left-hander Anthony Misiewicz from their cross-state rival Kansas City Royals for cash considerat­ions Wednesday. The 28-year-old Misiewicz, who was expected to compete for a spot in the Royals bullpen, split last season between the Mariners and Kansas City. He went 1-2 with a 4.34 ERA with 27 strikeouts in 29 innings.

4 PRO BASKETBALL: The WNBA is investigat­ing Dearica Hamby’s allegation­s the Las Vegas Aces bullied and manipulate­d her for being pregnant, the league said in a statement Wednesday. It was the first time the league acknowledg­ed it was looking into the situation. Hamby made her allegation­s after being traded Jan. 21 to the Los Angeles Sparks.

5 PRO BASKETBALL: Jordin

Canada is staying with her hometown Los Angeles Sparks. The guard was re-signed to a training camp contract Wednesday. Last season, Canada started 25 of 32 games and averaged 9.2 points in her first year with the Sparks.
