■ CharterUP, the first fully integrated charter bus marketplace for corporations, consumers and operators, has named Jennifer Gardner as the company’s first VP of people.
■ BCDC, a commercial real estate investment firm specializing in development, pursuit capital and brokerage services, has announced the appointment of Gardiner Thompson as executive vice president.
■ Atlanta attorney Alycen Moss, co-chair of Cozen O’Connor’s Property Insurance Group, also has been appointed co-vice chair of the firm’s global insurance department.
■ Georgia Power’s senior vice president of charitable giving, Mike Anderson, was recently named as the chair of the board of Saint Joseph’s Health System. He is the first African American to serve in this position.
■ Atlanta Apartment Association, the multifamily housing trade association for the Metro Atlanta area, recently elected Brett Duke as the 2023 chair of AAA’s board of directors. Brett is the COO of Atlantic & Pacific Real Estate Group.
■ Ledgible, the leading institutional and enterprise crypto tax and accounting platform, has announced that the company added new strategic executives. Joining the Ledgible team are Vivian Fang as chief adviser of tax, accounting and policy, and Gabriel Brin as vice president of tax and accounting product.
