1 MEN’S PRO SOCCER: Bayer Leverkusen won the Bundesliga title for the first time to end Bayern Munich’s 11-year reign as champion. Leverkusen leads second-place Bayern by 16 points after stretching its Germanrecord unbeaten run to 43 games. Florian Wirtz had a hat trick as Leverkusen routed Werder Bremen 5-0.

2 WOMEN’S PRO SOCCER:

Tottenham and Manchester United will contest the Women’s FA Cup final in England. Tottenham beat Leicester 2-1 to reach the title match for the first time. Man United won by the same score against Chelsea, whose hopes of capturing a Super LeagueChampions League-FA Cup treble were ruined. Chelsea — managed by Emma Hayes, incoming coach of the U.S. women’s national team — recently lost the final of the Women’s English League Cup to Arsenal. The FA Cup is scheduled for Wembley Stadium on May 12.

3 MIXED MARTIAL ARTS: Pereira left no doubt he was the true light heavyweight champion in the main event, knocking out Jamahal Hill at 3:14 of the first round Saturday night in Las Vegas. But the lasting image of UFC 300 was Max Holloway’s last-second knockout of Justin Gaethje for the ceremonial BMF title belt. Holloway-Gaethje arguably was the most anticipated fight on the loaded card before a sellout crowd of 20,067. The UFC — which had its thirdhighest gate at $16.5 million — awarded Holloway a $600,000 bonus for his performance. Even though Holloway (26-7) was on his way to a victory by decision — two judges had him ahead 39-37 — the former featherweight champ could have run out the clock. He instead pointed to the floor in the final seconds, then traded blows with Gaethje (25-5), a tremendous combination of punches from both fighters before the one that sent Gaethje to the mat with just one second remaining in the fiveround fight.

4 MEN’S PRO BASKETBALL:

Pelicans wing Brandon Ingram, who missed 12 games with a knee contusion, returned for Sunday’s regular-season finale against the Lakers.
