A Christmas reflection from Del. Grammer

The Avenue News - - EDITORIAL - -Del. Robin Grammer (R-6)

In writing today, I would like to start by saying thank you to the people of southeastern Baltimore County. In a tough political year, our victory in the 2018 elections was overwhelming. Thank you for supporting a continuation of my service in the Maryland House of Delegates!

The election aside, 2018 has been a joy. Little Robin turned two years old in November. For me, one of the most joyful parts of being a father is interacting with him and watching him develop a personality of his own. He is now talking and we are having full discussions. Our family is enjoying the holiday season with him. We made sugar cookies together for the first time last week and he had fun.

The 2019 legislative session is fast approaching. The legislature will gain more than forty new members this year. Very soon, members will receive our committee assignments and find out who we will work with over the next four years. Expect to see information on my legislative package as well as a local town hall event for community members very soon.

I will take time this month with friends and family to celebrate Christmas and prepare for the next year. I hope that you are able to relax this Christmas and share the Christmas Spirit! Merry Christmas to you and please let me know if there is ever any way I can help you or your family!
