Emmy winner Rami Malek (“Mr. Robot”) added an Academy Award, a Golden Globe, a Screen Actors Guild Award and a BAFTA honor to his mantle for his uncanny portrayal of Queen lead singer Freddie Mercury in this 2018 biographic­al musical, which also was a global box-office blockbuste­r. Director Bryan Singer was fired roughly two weeks before the end of principal filming, whereupon Dexter Fletcher completed the film. Allen Leech, Lucy Boynton, Gwilym Lee, Ben Hardy, Joe Mazzello and Aidan Gillen also star.

9 p.m. on HALLMARK Movie: Sweet Pecan Summer

Amanda (Christine Ko) is feeling frustratio­n with her job at a major cosmetics company when she receives an unexpected call from Carol (Lauren Tom), her favorite aunt. Carol is planning to move away to begin life with a man she recently met, but first she needs Amanda’s help selling her pecan farm, a long-cherished part of their family. Amanda agrees, not knowing that Carol, a compulsive matchmaker, has hired Amanda’s old flame from high school, J.P. (Wes Brown), as broker for the deal in this 2021 romance.
