Apa, Casey Cott, Drew Ray Tanner, Charles Melton) in the new episode “Chapter Ninety: The Night Gallery.” Meanwhile, Alice and Betty (Madchen Amick, who also directed this episode, and Lili Reinhart) confront a trucker who may have been involved in Polly’s disappeara­nce. Jughead (Cole Sprouse) and Archie each reflect on events from their past.

An intimidati­ng Michelin Star lineup of iconic chefs — Val Cantu, Jonathan Yao, Sherry Yard and Tanya Holland — take a seat in the restaurant to judge a boys-against-the-girls two-course menu created by the home cooks in the new two-hour episode “Legends: Dinner; Legends: Ludo Lefebvre — Timed Out Mystery Box.” Then, after an unusual Mystery Box challenge judged by French chef Ludo Lefebvre, the home cooks are challenged to make two elevated French Bistro-style dishes in 90 minutes to guarantee themselves a spot in the semifinals.

In the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic, this three-part docuseries examines some of the monumental changes in the contempora­ry workplace and their long-term impact on workers, employers, educators and communitie­s. Tonight’s premiere, “The New Industrial Revolution,” looks at some of the continuing disrupting factors to the world of work, such as artificial intelligen­ce, robotics, platform technology, globalizat­ion and labor practices. The hour also illustrate­s how the pandemic drove unemployme­nt and caused those stats to flip from the lowest in 50 years to the highest in a
