Mr. Sarver was born on April 11, 1952 in Toledo, OH, the son of the late Arthur and Rita Sarver. He was a 1974 graduate of Bowling Green State University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in science and was a member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon. For decades he was a very loyal THE Ohio State University Buckeye football fan. He loved music and movies and hanging out with his buddies and attending parties and gatherings at Sun City.

Bill was an incredible caregiver to Toni, who suffered with breast cancer for many years. He said her illness was the worst thing they ever had to go through. They loved to travel all over the world to Hawaii, Europe, Asia, Mexico, especially to the U.S. tennis Open and Wimbledon.

Bill wanted everyone to know how much he loved them.

Alex Sarver said: “”My dad was my hero, my role model and, most important, my father. I forever will miss him, and love my dad and my mom.’’
