Per the National Weather Service, snow is expected to start in East Rutherford on Saturday afternoon and then turn into a mixture of rain and snow overnight on Saturday with 1-2 inches of snow possible in the area.
On Sunday morning, the forecast calls for more snow with it then likely turning into another mix of snow and rain throughout the day before the storm projects to leave the area on Sunday evening.
