Stevie, age 69, of Pembroke, MA and formerly of Newberry, SC, passed away peacefully on May 3, 2024.

He was the beloved son of the late P. K. and Joan Fuller. Stevie is survived by his stepmother, Lennis Fuller of Charlotte, NC; a sister, Paula (Tommy) Brewington of Newberry, SC; and a brother, Kemper (Cindy) Fuller of Norwell, MA. Also, he is survived by his former wife, Kathy Fuller; stepsons, Michael and Kyle Vacca; aunt, “Punk” Beck; uncle, Ray Dickert; many cousins; and special friend, Denise Ballard. So many cherished memories and unforgettable shared moments will forever be in the hearts of his niece and nephews, Melissa Fuller, Shane Fuller, Todd (Vivian) Dipner, Eric Dipner, and Trent (Kristen Hillman) Dipner.

Stevie was a 1973 graduate of Newberry High School and graduated from Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA in 1981.

He was a very talented drummer whose passion of music led to his collaborating with various artists and bands, including touring with Percy Sledge.

Stevie retired from Beth Israel Deconess Hospital in 2020 after 32 years of service as an accomplished EEG technician. He was loved and respected by co-workers and patients alike.

In loving memory of Stevie: Stevie was called by his God above to grace His heavenly throne. His days fulfilled, his mission complete, our Stevie has now gone home. With love in his heart, faith as his guide, his advice given wisely and clearly. We miss him dearly and will often say, “If our Stevie were only here.” But we carry on and fulfill our days as Stevie would have us do and pray to join him in Heaven when our days on Earth are through. So until that time, be it near or far, to our God our souls we entrust. May He in some way impart to Stevie that he is lovingly remembered by us.
