Holy Communion will be celebrated on Sunday, July 3. We are now on our summer worship schedule, with worship at 9 a.m. and no Sunday School or Contempora­ry Worship. Our regular worship schedule will resume on Sunday, Sept. 4. Worship in the Park: July 10, 9 a.m. Join us for a contempora­ry worship service at the Bechtelsvi­lle Community Park. Fellowship picnic and games for all generation­s to follow. Hamburgers, hot dogs, beverages and paper products will be provided. Guests are asked to bring a side dish or dessert, and lawn chairs. Bring a friend - all welcome! In case of inclement weather, activities will be held in the church. Vacation Bible School is July 25 to 29, 6:15 to 8:30 p.m. “Barnyard Roundup.” Plans are underway for our 2016 Vacation Bible School, for children ages three years old through sixth grade. You may sponsor Altar Flowers, the price for one vase is $25 and $50 for two vases, please see Mary Snyder. You may also sponsor the bulletins for $15 per week. Our guests will spend a week meeting the real life characters of the Living Bible and learn how God knows us and is with us wherever we go. We will be raising money in support of Re-Member. Re-Member is a non-profit outreach resource on the Pine Reservatio­n of the Oglala Lakota in South Dakota.
