OOPS – caught me in a slow week, between holidays – Even though this will be published in the first week of 2017, I am writing it in the last week of December and have just heard the news that Carrie Fisher has passed. George Michaels went earlier this week and now the leader of the Rebellion of my youth has gone as well. I am beginning to think 2016 should be classified as a weapon of mass destruction. It certainly was a year of bad news. Hopefully 2017 will be a bit brighter, a year of life and good news. Hope you all had your pork and sauerkraut and that the echoes of the ball hitting the ground aren’t resounding too loudly inside your head … Welcome to 2017! Tune up, practice hard and play LOUD!
