No. 1 Gon­zaga 103, Creighton 92: Zach Norvell Jr. scored 23 of his ca­reer-high 28 points in the sec­ond half, and the Bull­dogs (8-0) wiped out an early 11-point deficit to beat the Blue­jays (6-2) in a matchup of two of the na­tion’s top of­fen­sive teams in Omaha, Neb. Gon­zaga won its first true road game with the help of dou­ble-dou­bles from Bran­don Clarke (27 points and 10 re­bounds) and Rui Hachimura (22 and 11). Gon­zaga held Creighton (6-2) score­less for nearly four min­utes in the mid­dle of the sec­ond half while go­ing on a 12-0 run to go up 84-73. Norvell hit two 3-point­ers and a layup dur­ing the spurt, while Creighton missed five shots and turned over the ball three times.

No. 3 Duke 113, Stet­son 49: Fresh­man RJ Bar­rett had 26 points, seven re­bounds, a sea­son-high seven as­sists and four steals in 17 min­utes, and the Blue Devils (7-1) blew out the Hat­ters (1-8). Cameron Red­dish added 23 points, and Zion Wil­liamson had 17. Abay­omi Iyi­ola scored 19 points to lead the Hat­ters (1-8), who have lost eight straight and were 2 of 23 from 3-point range.
