Buf­falo Liv­ing Tour high­lights six com­plexes in North­towns

The new­est Buf­falo Liv­ing Tour will once again show­case subur­ban liv­ing in the North­towns this month, as the pop­u­lar pro­gram marks its eighth year and 11th edi­tion. The free pro­gram on April 13 will fea­ture six up­scale com­mu­ni­ties, said Paul D. Mau­rer, the tour’s orig­i­na­tor and chair­man. The pro­gram will run from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., us­ing a We Care shut­tle bus, but at­ten­dees can join and de­part at any time. Par­tic­i­pants can down­load a pam­phlet on­line at Buf­faloLiv­ingTour.net or pick one up at par­tic­i­pat­ing cof­fee shops, li­braries or restau­rants.

The pro­gram will be­gin at Zaepfel De­vel­op­ment’s Rem­ming­ton Woods at 1700 Wehrle Drive, just south of Youngs Road in Amherst. Ad­di­tional stops in­clude:

Wal­nut Grove Apart­ment Homes, by Wa­ter Val­ley Man­age­ment, at 195-205 S. Union Road in Wil­liamsville

Ac­quest De­vel­op­ment’s Park Creek Lux­ury Liv­ing, at 408 Mill St. in Wil­liamsville

The Am­ber­leigh, a se­nior com­mu­nity owned by Cap­i­tal Se­nior Liv­ing, at 2330 Maple Road in Amherst

Vinecroft Re­tire­ment Com­mu­nity, at 6945 Vinecroft Drive in Clarence Cen­ter

Natale De­vel­op­ment’s The Belvedere, a 55plus in­de­pen­dent liv­ing com­mu­nity at 375 Har­ris Hill Road in Lan­caster.
