Hochul to speak Friday at mentoring conference
Lt. Gov. Kathy Hochul will discuss how mentoring has helped her in her political career when she appears Friday as the keynote speaker at the Western New York Mentoring Matters 2019 conference.
Hochul will speak in Niagara University’s Russell J. Salvatore Dining Commons during the daylong conference organized by Mentor New York.
Other offerings will include a panel discussion on making sure high school students are ready to adjust to college, and six workshops on mentoring issues, to be held in St. Vincent’s Hall on the Niagara campus.
Tickets for the conference are $35, including breakfast and lunch, and can be purchased through the Mentor New York website.
