School district holding community forum on Saturday

The Buffalo News - - LOCAL NEWS -

The Kenmore-Town of Tonawanda Union Free School District is holding a community forum on Saturday to get feedback on the district’s capital needs and other topics.

The public can meet with Schools Superintendent Stephen Bovino and members of the School Board beginning at 9 a.m. at the Kenmore Middle School Building, 155 Delaware Road, in the community room.

Attendees can ask about anything they wish to discuss, but board members hope to hear from the public on the district’s capital needs and an upcoming capital project that is now in the planning stages.

School officials haven’t determined what to include in the next round of work in the district, but one area they’re likely to address is the need for more classroom space in KenTon’s remaining elementary schools.
