Man arrested when firearm discharges
The following reports were compiled from the Calvert County Sheriff’s Office and Maryland State Police Prince Frederick barrack.
Dfc. Kamrhen Parks responded Dec. 28 to Bradford Lane in Prince Frederick for a report of a domestic dispute. Jose Arias Jr., 52, of Prince Frederick said he had a firearm and it accidentally went off during the altercation. The firearm was located on a golf cart seat in the garage, and Arias was arrested, transported to the detention center and charged with reckless endangerment.
