Overnight in the 1500 block of East Hamilton Avenue: Someone broke a glass door and stole items.

16000 block of Loretta Lane: Someone entered a garage and then a vehicle and took the car keys that were in the vehicle.

2:10 p.m. in the 1000 block of West Hamilton Avenue: A man, 46, arrived to fight his brother and kicked open the door.

4:50p.m. at Winchester and Hamilton: A woman was walking into traffic and was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance. She resisted arrested by pulling away from officers.

8:03p.m. at Cherry Lane and California Street: A man, 36, was wandering around screaming and yelling profanity and was found to be extremely intoxicate­d.

11:33 p.m. in the 100 block of East Sunnyoaks Avenue.: Someone threw a river rock through a door and rummaged through drawers.

3:05 a.m. in the 2400 block of South Bascom Avenue: A man, 42, was found to have an outstandin­g warrant.

10:09 a.m. in the 1800 block of South Bascom Avenue: A man, 31, was found to be under the influence of a stimulant and was also in possession of a methamphet­amine pipe.

3:08 p.m. in the 1600 block of Hyde Drive: A man, 64, was going door to door soliciting for money. He told one resident that he was going to burn his house down.

3:23 p.m. in the 2500 block of South Winchester Boulevard: A woman, 46, was reportedly drinking alcohol while watching a movie with her two children. She was seen driving away and was stopped.

1000 block of Monica

Lane: Someone stole a package from a front porch.

6 p.m. in the 200 block of Budd Avenue: A man, 73, hit his wife in the back of her head, causing discomfort, and threw a bucket of water on her. While officers were on scene, the couple continued to fight. Due to the likelihood of reoccurren­ce, the husband was placed under arrest.

8:15 p.m. in the 2300 block of South Winchester Boulevard: A man, 39, threatened to kill patrons. He was found to be intoxicate­d and placed under arrest.

9:52 p.m. in the 400 block of East Mcglincy Lane: A woman, 39, in possession of methamphet­amine and drug parapherna­lia.

10:48 p.m. in the 800 block of Sobrato Drive: A man called 911to report that his wife, 37, slapped him across the face and locked him out of the house and during a struggle over his cellular phone. He sustained a small laceration to his face.

1:35 a.m. at 70 N. First

St.: Officers heard a woman screaming for help. Units located her and her husband standing in the street, heavily intoxicate­d. The woman became extremely aggressive with officers.

12:53 a.m. at 70 N. First St.: A man, 42, came to the police station to report that he was being followed. He was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance and in possession of methamphet­amine, GHB and drug parapherna­lia.

DEC. 29

7:09 a.m. in the 800 block of Rue Montagne: A man, 40, pushed a woman and punched her in the face. The woman had visible scratches on her elbow.

Overnight in the 200 block of Darryl Drive: Someone forced entry into an Audi. 3:30 a.m. in the 300 block of Carlyn Avenue: Someone

gained access to the victim’s backyard and was looking through his glass door with a flashlight.

10:57 a.m. in the 900 block of Dry Creek Road:

An officer located an unoccupied stolen red 1997 Honda Civic. A man, 48, admitted to driving the vehicle and was taken into custody.

1:41 p.m. in the 100 block of West Hamilton Avenue:

Someone came into a store and caused a disturbanc­e. Prior to leaving the store, the suspect knocked over a shelf with items on it, causing damage, then fled prior to officers’ arrival.

6:08 p.m. in the 900 block of West Hamilton Avenue:

A man, 33, was causing a disturbanc­e. He was under the influence and had meth and a pipe.

9:15 p.m. in the 2300 block of South Winchester Boulevard: Someone took a phone from an unlocked vehicle.

11:54 p.m. in the 500 block of West Hamilton Avenue: A man, 49, put false license plates on his car so he could drive it and avoid registrati­on fees.

12:19 a.m. in the 500 block of Hawthorne Avenue: A man, 35, was intoxicate­d and jumped the fence. He was wondering around in the backyard.

7:15 a.m. at Merrimac and Milich drives: A man, 26, was in possession of drug parapherna­lia.

Overnight in the 10 block of South Midway Street: Someone forced entry into a Lexus and took items totaling $20.

12:08 p.m. in the 2300 block of South Winchester Boulevard: A woman, 35, was causing a disturbanc­e and was found to be under the influence of a stimulant.

12:08 p.m. at Kuehnis Drive and East Hamilton Avenue: An officer located an unoccupied stolen 2006 Ford Econoline.

12:40 p.m. at Kuehnis Drive and East Hamilton Avenue: A man, 32, stole a backpack from a vehicle. He was in possession of a credit card and two blank checks not in his name.

1:46 p.m. in the 2000 block of South Winchester Boulevard: A man, 27, was under the influence of a stimulant and in possession of methamphet­amine.

6:11 a.m. in the 900 block of West Latimer Avenue:

Someone in a black SUV forced entry and stole items.

4:03 p.m. at 70 N. First St.: A blue 2012 Toyota

Prius was reported stolen and later recovered in the 400 block of East Campbell Avenue.

11:14 p.m. at Campbell and Dillion avenues: A man,

26, was stopped for vehicle code violations, and a meth pipe was located on his person.

11:37 p.m. in the 2300 block of South Winchester Boulevard: A man, 41, was causing a disturbanc­e and urinated on the floor.

1:07 a.m. in the 900 block of East Hamilton Avenue:

Someone broke the window and stole an item.

12:47 a.m. at Campbell and Dillion avenues: A man, 20, was stopped for a vehicle code violation and found to be DUI. He was also in possession of a fake ID.

4:30 a.m. at Kuehnis Drive and Hamilton Avenue: A man, 50, got into a 2014 black Dodge pickup that was previously reported stolen. He was pulled over and arrested with a backpack full of bolt cutters and other burglary tools. He was also under the influence and on probation.

DEC. 31

6:27 a.m. in the 1000 block of Monica Ln: (S) Gerardo Tejada 34 transient was contacted after he was reported entering unlocked vehicles. (S) was found to be in possession of stolen items, pepper spray, meth, meth pipes, and was under the influence. (S) is on probation for and had warrants for 10851 VC and 496 PC.

6:50 a.m. in the 100 block of East Sunnyoaks Avenue: Someone forced entry into the office and stole a check and a cash deposit.

9:11 a.m. in the 500 block of West Hamilton Avenue: A transient man, 55, was causing a disturbanc­e and forcibly took a master key from the victim. The man is out on bail.

12:49 p.m. in the 400 block of East Campbell Avenue: A transient man, 63, was causing a disturbanc­e and was found to be too intoxicate­d to care for himself.

5:15 p.m. at Heritage Village Lane: Two suspects stole a package from a UPS dropbox then fled in a white Camry with Florida plates.

JAN. 1

10:45 a.m. in the 500 block of West Hamilton Avenue: A woman, 27, was found to be too intoxicate­d to care for herself. She was found in possession of cocaine upon arrest.

8 a.m. in the 300 block of East Hamilton Avenue: An unattended cell phone was stolen.

1200-1100 800 block of Camden Avenue: Someone forced entry into a business and stole a welder.

2300block of South Winchester Boulevard: (A transient man, 24, was found to be under the influence and in possession of meth.

2:01 p.m. in the 1800 block of South Bascom Avenue: Someone stole snow attire and fled.

10 a.m. in the 200 block of Hollis Avenue: Someone texted the victim in violation of a restrainin­g order.

3:39 p.m. in the 1800 block of South Bascom

Avenue: Someone stole seven CDS and fled in a red Mustang.

5 p.m. in the 100 block of Alice Avenue: The rear plate was stolen off a Toyota Prius.

7:24 p.m. in the 2000 block of South Winchester Boulevard: A man was passed out on the couch inside a restaurant, and officers got him outside. Once outside, he hit an officer on the hand.

10:55 p.m. at West Latimer Avenue: A transient man, 24, was had two outstandin­g warrants.

JAN. 2

Overnight in the 100 block of North San Tomas Aquino Road: Someone threw a cash register, presumably stolen from another business, through the window then stole the register from inside a restaurant.

2:41 p.m. in the 500 block of East Hamilton Avenue:

During an argument outside a store, a man, 39, was observed by witnesses throwing items at a woman. The two got into a vehicle in the parking lot, where officers attempted contact. The man refused to open the door and barricaded himself inside. When the woman attempted to open the door to get out, the man pulled her hands off the handle and tried to restrain her. The windows were breached, and the man was taken into custody. He struggled with officers during his arrest. The woman had injuries to her face consistent with being struck. At jail the man spit at officers and physically resisted.

4 p.m. at Ginden Drive and San Tomas Aquino Road:

Someone wrote graffiti on multiple utility boxes.

7:05 p.m. in the 2300 block of South Winchester Boulevard: A man, 41, caused a disturbanc­e on the grounds. He was too intoxicate­d to care for himself and was booked.
