Overnight in the 1900 block of South Winchester Boulevard: Someone broke a window of a business.

Overnight in the 600 block of Union Avenue: A 2015Ford Edge was stolen.

1200 block of West Campbell Avenue: A blue Specialize­d Sirrus bike was stolen from the victim’s porch.

10:34 p.m. in the 700 block of East Mcglincy Lane: A man and a woman, both 33, were contacted. The man was under the influence of a controlled substance and possessed drug parapherna­lia. The woman was cited for possessing drug parapherna­lia and methamphet­amine.

12:16 a.m. in the 2300 block of South Winchester Boulevard: A man, 27, was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance and possessed drug parapherna­lia.

12:14 a.m. at Hamilton Avenue and San Tomas Aquino Road: A man, 45, was found to be in possession of drug parapherna­lia and was cited.

JAN. 25

8:16 a.m. in the 14600 block of South Bascom Avenue: During an argument, a man, 44, struck the victim in the face, causing swelling.

2:15 p.m. at David Avenue and De Tracey Street: A man, 22 , was found to have a felony warrant for theftrelat­ed charges and was in possession of stolen tools and a window punch.

10 a.m. in the 200 block of Calado Avenue: Someone called and convinced the victim to send $400 in gift cards in an account scam.

5:38 p.m. in the 200 block of East Hamilton Avenue: Someone shot out a window with a BB gun.

12:12 a.m. at Kuehnis

Drive and Hamilton Avenue: An officer located and recovered a 2003 Acura that was reported stolen.

1200 block of White Oaks Avenue: Someone rented a 2019white F150and had not yet returned it.

900 block of Kenneth Avenue: Someone accessed the victim’s personal informatio­n to open accounts.

JAN. 26

1:59 p.m. in the 900 block of West Hamilton Avenue:

A man, 39, was found to be too intoxicate­d to care for himself.

3 a.m. in the 900 block of West Hacienda Avenue: A 2003gray GMC Sierra 1500 was stolen.

11:39 p.m. in the 2500 block of South Winchester Boulevard: A man, 26, was stopped and lied about his name to hide his warrant.

1:32 a.m. in the 1800 block of South Bascom Avenue:

A man, 40, had a meth pipe in his possession.

3:22 a.m. in the 1000 block of Linda Avenue:

A man reported that three suspects attempted to steal his catalytic converter, but he interrupte­d them. The suspects fled in a silver four-door.

1600 block of Whitwood Lane: The victim’s mail was stolen.

Avenue: Someone forced entry into a vehicle and stole items.

West Hamilton Avenue and Phoenix Drive: A man left a bar intoxicate­d and woke up to find his phone missing and money transferre­d out of his account.

11:09 a.m. in the 1300 block of Camden Avenue:

A man, 36, was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance.

Overnight in the 00 block of West Campbell Avenue:

Someone tagged an exterior wall.

Overnight in the 500 block of West Hamilton

Avenue: Someone accessed the victim’s account.

4:30 p.m. in the 100 block of North San Tomas Aquino Road: Two suspects entered the victim’s apartment, took cash and car keys and stole the car, a 2014 silver Cadillac CTS.

Third Street and Civic Center Drive: An officer got hit on a red Honda that was stolen out of San Jose. A man, 40, was driving the car, and a woman, 22, was the passenger and both suspects were arrested.

The man had meth and was under the influence.

The woman lied about her name and was under the influence. A shaved key and meth pipe were located in the car.

Overnight in the 900 block of Robin Lane: The catalytic converter was stolen off a 2006Prius.

3:22 a.m. at Hamilton and Central avenues: A man, 30, had a felony warrant for burglary.

5:26 a.m. in the 300 block of Railway Avenue: A man was woken up by someone stealing his Orbea mountain bike off his balcony.

300 block of North Milton Avenue: Someone used the victim’s informatio­n to file an EDD claim.

JAN. 28

10 a.m. at Hamilton Avenue and Third Street: A man, 36, was stopped for a vehicle code violation. He is on probation and was found to be under the influence of meth and in possession of a meth pipe.

7:36 a.m. in the 400 block of Kuehnis Drive: Officers responded to a second disturbanc­e at a residence. The victim alleged that the suspect bit her. The suspect was not located, and the victim gave inconsiste­nt statements.

2100 block of South Bascom Avenue: An unknown Someone accessed the victim’s banking informatio­n and stole from their account.

900 block of East Hamilton Avenue: the victim sent $100to a fraudulent animal hospital.

6 p.m. in the 500 block of Railway Avenue: A 20003 tan GMC Yukon was stolen.

6 p.m. in the 600 block of Almarida Drive: A purse was left unattended outside the victim’s apartment was stolen.

7:07 p.m. in the 900 block of Campisi Way: A man,

42, was causing a disturbanc­e and was found to be under the influence.

12:14 a.m. at Mona and Lisa ways: Officers located a 2004 GMC Sierra that was was stolen out of San Jose on Jan. 23.

12:35 a.m. at Hamilton Avenue and San Tomas Expressway: A man, 32, was sleeping in his vehicle. He was found to be DUI on marijuana and alcohol. He had a warrant.

3:04 a.m. in the 600 block of East Hamilton Avenue: A transient man, 36, was contacted and had a meth pipe.

JAN. 29

9:08 a.m. in the 1300 block of Essex Way: Officers located a stolen plate on a vehicle.

10:46 a.m. in the 500 block of West Hamilton Avenue: Officers located a stolen gray 1997Honda Civic.

Overnight on Union Avenue: Someone forced open a bank of mailboxes and stole mail.

12:50 p.m. on South Fourth Street: Someone stole plants from a yard and fled in a gray Nissan minivan.

5:11 p.m. on West Campbell Avenue: The suspect swung a skateboard at the victim after an argument.

10:55 p.m. in the 1100 block of West Hamilton Avenue: A man, 40, was stopped in a Honda reported stolen out of Gilroy on Jan. 27. During a search of the vehicle, two stolen license plates, a stolen printer, burglary tools, personal ID informatio­n not belonging to the suspect and nearly an ounce of meth were located. The suspect admitted to using and selling meth. He also had warrants.

1:45 a.m. in the 300 block of East Campbell Avenue: A man said three men assaulted him outside the bar.

JAN. 30

7:22 a.m. in the 1800 block of South Bascom Avenue: A man was yelling at patrons in a parking lot. He was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance and was transporte­d to the hospital by EMS due to his level of intoxicati­on.

2:30 a.m. in the 700 block of Bucknall Road: Someone attempted to steal a 2003Chevy Silverado by breaking the door lock and tampering with the steering column.

12:48 p.m. in the 1700 block of South Bascom Avenue: A transient man, 63, was reported as possibly passed out in a parking lot. He was unable to care for his safety or the safety of others due to his level of alcohol intoxicati­on.

7:28 p.m. at Hamilton Avenue and Almarida Drive:

A man, 53, was stopped for a vehicle code violation and found to be DUI.

8:53 p.m. in the 900 block of West Hamilton Avenue: The victim came home to find a man, 61, in his bed asleep. The man was intoxicate­d and was thought he was in his daughter’s apartment.

Overnight in the 700 block of Nido Drive: The rear plate was stolen from a 2002 Dodge Ram 1500.

11:45 p.m. at San Tomas Expressway and Budd Avenue: A woman, 25, was stopped for a vehicle code violation. She is on probation and was under the influence. A pipe and meth were also located.

3:10 a.m. at Highway 17 and Camden Avenue: A man, 23, was stopped for a vehicle code violation and found to be DUI.

5:15 a.m. in the 400 block of Shamrock Drive:

During an argument, a man, 32, slapped the victim in the face and held her down, and the victim scratched the suspect, who was found to be the primary aggressor.
