FEB. 7
2:20 a.m. in the 1500 block of West Campbell Avenue: Someone smashed the front door and stole items.
12:30 p.m. in the 1700 block of South Bascom Avenue: During an argument, the suspect chestbumped the victim.
5:20 p.m. at South Winchester Boulevard and Payne Avenue: A man, 39, was seen driving and was contacted after he parked his vehicle. He was driving on a suspended license and had an outstanding $50,000 warrant for misdemeanor charges. He was also in possession of burglary tools.
7:52 p.m. in the 1600 block of South Bascom Avenue.: Someone took items from an unlocked vehicle.
8:18 p.m. in the 200 block of Hollis Avenue: A driver collided with the fence when she was pulling into the parking lot. She was contacted at her apartment and found to be DUI.
8:42 p.m. in the 2300 block of South Winchester Boulevard: A man, 51, took an item without paying.
9:40 p.m. in the 00 West Campbell Avenue: A man, 42, was moaning and rolling around in the bathroom stall. He had a meth pipe and meth, and was under the influence.
11:40 p.m. at Whitethorne Drive and Whitehall Avenue: An officer located a white 1998 GMC box truck that was stolen out of San Jose.
3:02 a.m. in the 900 block of Sherman Oaks Drive: An officer found a 2007 Acura MDX stolen in Sunnyvale.
4:22 a.m. in the 700 block of West Hamilton Avenue.: Two suspects broke the front glass and took items.

7:53 a.m. in the 500 block of East Hamilton Avenue:
A man, 43, was reported as a suspicious person and was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance.
Overnight in the 00 block of East Campbell Avenue:
Someone broke a window. No entry was made.
4:45 p.m. in the 2300 block of South Winchester Boulevard: A man, 40, stole items and was contacted. He had an outstanding zero-bail warrant for prior theft-related offenses.
5 p.m. at San Tomas Expressway and Hamilton Avenue: Someone threw a rock at the victim's vehicle while she was driving and broke a passenger window.
6:20 p.m. in the 100 block of Superior Drive: The victim was contacted by the suspect after chatting with them on a dating site. The suspect told the victim he would kill his family if the victim did not give him money.
10 p.m. in the 1800 block of South Bascom Avenue:
Someone entered a vehicle by forcing open a window and took several items.
10:39 p.m. in the 900 block of Meridian Avenue:
An officer located a stolen Toyota MTX.
1:20 a.m. at Nido Drive and Adler Avenue: A man, 36, was stopped for a vehicle code violation, and drug paraphernalia was located in the vehicle.
2:26 a.m. in the 300 block of Budd Avenue: A man,
32, was contacted in the park for playing loud music and found to be under the influence of meth.
4 a.m. in the 2300 block of South Winchester Boulevard: A man, 46, was using a stick to pry the taillight cover off of a car. Upon contact, he did not follow officers' commands, and he resisted when he was being handcuffed.

6:20 a.m. at San Tomas Expressway and Budd Avenue: A man, 48, was called in as being a traffic hazard while seated inside of his vehicle. Upon contact, he was found to be under the influence of a stimulant. He was also in possession of drug paraphernalia, had misdemeanor warrants and was driving on a suspended license.
600 block of East Hamilton Avenue: Someone has been stealing the copper wire.
Overnight in the 900 block of Apricot Avenue: Someone stole a package from the front porch.
1900 block of Pollard Road: Someone attempted to force entry into a shed but failed.
4:37 p.m. in the 100 block of Curtner Avenue: A suspect, 41, was trespassing and had a $25,000 felony warrant.
8:02 p.m. at Almarida Drive and Hamilton Avenue: A man and two women were in a car stopped for a vehicle code violation. The man was cited for possessing drug paraphernalia, and the women were cited for possessing methamphetamine and outstanding warrants.
9:01 p.m. in the 300 block of Wren Way: A man, 38, began honking and causing a disturbance. One witness saw him waving a handgun around inside his car. Several reports of a “pop” sound were reported as well. The officer arrived and saw the suspect pointing in the direction of the home and heard a gunshot. 9mm casings, a live round and a ghost gun were eventually located. The suspect is a convicted felon and showed indications of being under a controlled substance.

Overnight in the 500 block of Union Avenue: A white 2003 Dodge Dakota was stolen. The vehicle was later called in as abandoned with a damaged ignition.
3:36 p.m. in the 700 block of Creekside Way: A man, 26, and a woman, 32, were found to be under the influence of a stimulant, and the man was in possession of drug paraphernalia.
5:58 p.m. in the 200 block of Union Avenue: Someone knocked then pounded on the victim's front door. The victim confronted the suspect, who threatened to hurt him.
6:45 p.m. in the 1800 block of Hamilton Avenue:
Someone attempted to steal a 2001Ford F250. The ignition was damaged, and items were stolen.
9:15 p.m. in the 100 block of West Hamilton Avenue:
An officer located a 2006 Honda Accord that was stolen out of Santa Clara.
8:26 p.m. in the 100 block of West Hamilton Avenue:
A man, 49, was reportedly drinking outside. It was determined that he forced entry into a parked car. He lied about his identity and was found to have outstanding warrants.
9:38 p.m. in the 300 block of Union Avenue: A woman reported that her husband pushed her son and then pushed her down to the floor before fleeing.
11:33 p.m. at Campbell and Bascom avenues: A man, 57, was stopped for a vehicle code violation. He had a warrant and possessed drug paraphernalia and methamphetamine.
12:40 a.m. at Winchester Boulevard and Hamilton Avenue: The suspect, 31, was stopped for a vehicle code violation. They were found to be under the influence of a controlled substance, and possessed narcotics and drug paraphernalia. The suspect also possessed personal ID information with intent to defraud.

Overnight in the 300 block of Union Avenue: A bicycle was stolen from the front of an apartment.
Overnight in the 00 block of North Second Street:
Someone used black spray paint near the elevators.
3:34 p.m. at Hamilton and Salmar: A man, 34, was causing multiple disturbances in the roadway and stealing items. He attempted to destroy his meth pipe and was found to be under the influence. He had outstanding warrants for theft and being under the influence.
3:48 p.m. at Kennedy and Winchester: A man, 44, was involved in a collision and was found to be DUI on alcohol and controlled substances. He was in possession of meth and psilocybin.
11:16 p.m. at Central Avenue and Grant Street:
A driver, 20, was stopped for a vehicle code violation. They were found to be DUI and arrested. The suspect also possessed drug paraphernalia and cocaine.
3:39 a.m. at New Jersey Avenue and Dry Creek Road: Officers located a 1993 Nissan pick-up that was reported stolen out of San Jose.
5:04 a.m. in the 800 block of Bucknall Road: A man, 22, wandered into a residence believing it was his friend's house. He was confronted by the resident and left. He was located and arrested for public intoxication.

1:30 p.m. in the 500 block of East Campbell Avenue: A man, 42, was contacted after he stole a pair of shoes. He was found to be under the influence of a stimulant.
2:54 p.m. in the 3300 block of South Winchester Boulevard: A woman, 29 was contacted after she was hitting windows and causing a disturbance. She was found to be under the influence of a stimulant and in possession of needles.
2:07 p.m. in the 100 block of East Sunnyoaks Avenue: A man, 30, was in possession of other people's personal ID information at his storage locker but fled prior to officers' arrival.
Overnight in the 700 block of Camden Avenue:
Someone forced entry into a vehicle and stole a purse.
6:26 p.m. at 70 N. First
St: A man, 50, came to the police station claiming he was being followed and was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance. During a search, methamphetamine, a pipe and a billy club were located.
8:29 p.m. at Hamilton and Bascom avenues: A woman, 31, was asleep behind the wheel and blocking the roadway. She was found to be DUI.
12:07 a.m. in the 900 block of West Hamilton Avenue: A man, 52, called Campbell police and was not making any sense. A records check revealed he had a warrant out of San Jose for $15,000.
1:28 a.m. at Sam Cava and Railway: Officers located a white Chevrolet U-haul pick-up reported stolen out of Sunnyvale.
3:14 a.m. at Highway 17 and San Tomas Expressway: A woman, 23, was stopped for a vehicle code violation and found to be DUI.
2:44 a.m. in the 200 block of Everett Avenue:
A woman, 36, was causing a disturbance. Upon contact, officers determined she left her child with a known drug user in San Jose the previous day. During a search of the suspect's backpack, loose methamphetamine was located in contact with some clothing and diapers.
