Fe­lix A. Sara­bia

Fe­lix Sara­bia was born in Leyte, Philip­pines on Oc­to­ber 12, 1931 to the late Isaac and Benita Sara­bia. He en­listed with the United States Navy in 1954 and while trav­el­ing with the Navy, he met and mar­ried Er­linda Si­pa­gan in 1966.

Fe­lix served for twenty years, re­tir­ing in 1974 as a Chief Petty Of­fi­cer at the USNA and even­tu­ally set­tled with his fam­ily in the Mary­land area. He was a de­voted hus­band and fa­ther who was al­ways kind and car­ing.

He is sur­vived by his daugh­ter, Mari­beth (Larry), three grand­chil­dren; Corey (Chloe), Ca­rina, and Feli­cia, and three great-grand­chil­dren; Lan­don, Trys­tan, and Jay­den. The eldest of nine sib­lings, he is sur­vived by the youngests; Car­men and Teodoro.

A pub­lic vis­i­ta­tion will be held on Fri­day, Novem­ber 16 at Last­ing Trib­utes Cre­ma­tion & Fu­neral Care, 814 Best­gate Road, Annapolis, MD 21401 from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm. A Mass of Chris­tian Burial will be held on Satur­day, Novem­ber 17 at St. John Neu­mann Catholic Church, 620 N. Best­gate Road, Annapolis, MD 21401 at 10:00 am with Mil­i­tary Honors and Burial to fol­low at Best­gate Me­mo­rial Park.

In lieu of flow­ers, do­na­tions can me made to St. John Neu­mann in Annapolis, MD or St. Pe­ter Catholic Church in Mon­u­ment, CO.
