Felix A. Sarabia

Felix Sarabia was born in Leyte, Philippine­s on October 12, 1931 to the late Isaac and Benita Sarabia. He enlisted with the United States Navy in 1954 and while traveling with the Navy, he met and married Erlinda Sipagan in 1966.

Felix served for twenty years, retiring in 1974 as a Chief Petty Officer at the USNA and eventually settled with his family in the Maryland area. He was a devoted husband and father who was always kind and caring.

He is survived by his daughter, Maribeth (Larry), three grandchild­ren; Corey (Chloe), Carina, and Felicia, and three great-grandchild­ren; Landon, Trystan, and Jayden. The eldest of nine siblings, he is survived by the youngests; Carmen and Teodoro.

A public visitation will be held on Friday, November 16 at Lasting Tributes Cremation & Funeral Care, 814 Bestgate Road, Annapolis, MD 21401 from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, November 17 at St. John Neumann Catholic Church, 620 N. Bestgate Road, Annapolis, MD 21401 at 10:00 am with Military Honors and Burial to follow at Bestgate Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers, donations can me made to St. John Neumann in Annapolis, MD or St. Peter Catholic Church in Monument, CO.
